Doing things guilt-free -- it’s such a huge part of my message in the work that I do. Guilt comes up when we start to think about the things we “should” do (and you know how I feel about our “shoulds!”). You don’t have to do anything! That’s the reality. In this episode, I talk about reimagining your life doing the things that you love, guilt-free without any “shoulds” or “have to's.” 

A bunch of you sent in situations that make you feel guilty: Not cleaning your house, not spending time with your kids, not hanging out with friends, not doing self-care, leaving your cat at home alone, etc! I talk about these things and how to shift into a place of empowerment.
