flow and the lean method with Lauren Wisniewski

ep 41 image.jpg

In this episode Lauren and I embark on a conversation of how the concepts of flow and the Lean method do or do not compliment each other.

Lauren also shares about her experience as one of my coaching clients.

Lauren is a mom to a 3 year old and a nonprofit consultant. Continuous improvement and empathy are core principles guiding her personal life and her work in the social impact sector. She is also the Social Impact Program Associate and Marketing Manager for Moves The Needle, a company that teaches enterprises, nonprofits, and local government how to create new value using Lean Innovation.

Lauren is passionate about the power of philanthropy as a tool for change. She has worked with a range of nonprofit organizations in roles from prospect analytics to event management to Major Gift fundraising. Inspired by her passion for the nonprofit sector and by her father, she built her consultant business on the idea that nonprofits, foundations, and government entities can serve their communities better by incorporating the Lean principles.
