In today’s minisode, I chat about things that came through today all centered around the idea of practices to make us feel good.
Surround yourself with beautiful things. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive. It just has to bring you joy. Paint your room your favorite color. Put on clothes that make you feel powerful or beautiful. Scatter freshly picked flowers all over your house. Let the space around you be reflective of you.
Savor the moment. I really worked on this today. No double or triple tasking here. Honor your individual daily activities and don’t clutter yourself with a million things.
Be flexible with your schedule. Simply, just because it’s on your schedule doesn’t mean it has to stay on your schedule. If a certain task or meeting isn’t flowing, make some calls and reschedule.
